After the many extensions and conversions without a visible overall concept in the district "Siemenstadt" throughout the past decades I asked myself, what do we really need and what can we do without.

The challenge was to develop a general strategy for listed heritage buildings, in line with the market and competitive, from monument to think tank.

Resources were used optimally. We calculated the running and follow-up costs for the next 25 years. Two versions for 2152,8 square feet each were sampled. We even counted the electricians' man hours in order to prove the most efficient version.
